We asked our Client Success Consultant, Harry Downer, a few questions so you can get to know him better.

What is the biggest highlight of your working life?

Ever since the age of 16 when I left school, I have always been in roles where I have been able to communicate with people and build new relationships. This is something I love to do and look to continue here at TalentPredix.

What does great talent management mean to you?

To me, great talent management involves focusing on identifying individual strengths, providing learning and growth opportunities and aligning personal aspirations with company goals. Having this approach aims to create a supportive work environment that encourages collaboration and drives organizational success.

Who has inspired you most in your career?

Every role I have had, I’ve always tried to learn from the best and follow their footsteps as I believe success always leaves tracks. However, over the last year I have adopted a Mentor who has helped me develop myself personally but also, I have learned some great core values to take into a workplace.

What energizes you most about your work?

Achieving goals and hitting targets either for myself or the company is something I always find energizing. Also building relationships and helping our clients achieve their goals too is a great feeling and something I always try my best to do.

How do you relax outside work?

Outside of work, I love to play football and enjoy going to the gym. Keeping physically fit is very important to me however I also like to read books, listen to podcasts and try and develop myself personally as much as possible.

What do you like most about working at TalentPredix Ltd?

What I enjoy most about working at TalentPredix, is the culture. Everyone at the company works collaboratively and works hard to achieve company goals. Also, here at TalentPredix, we are always striving to become better and adopt a growth mindset which I feel is great to have in today’s market.
