This is not a salaried role or a generic affiliate arrangement. It is a commercial partnership for experienced professionals who already have relevant relationships and want to build a stronger offer around strengths-based development.

Partners receive preferential commercial terms, referral income opportunities, and support to build client conversations around TalentPredix™. For active partners with a strong network and consistent business development activity, annual earning potential can reach £20,000-£50,000+ depending on activity, client base, and delivery model.

Exact commercial terms are discussed during the partner conversation so both sides can confirm fit before moving forward.

What We Ask Of You

This is a genuine business partnership, which means there are mutual expectations on both sides.

As a Reseller Partner, you commit to:

A minimum of 150 TalentPredix™ profile sales per year

Developing at least three corporate opportunities per year

Completing TalentPredix™ Practitioner Training and attending the Reseller Upskill Session

Attending quarterly partner check-ins and engaging with the community

Submitting a straightforward yearly sales plan

Representing TalentPredix™ professionally and in line with our brand values

Targets are set in consultation with you and are designed to be realistic alongside your existing work. Where activity falls short, we address it early and work with you on a clear recovery plan.
