To be considered, you will need:
- At least several years experience in talent consulting and coaching.
- Excellent communication skills, including empathy, listening and consulting skills.
- Experience in delivering online, blended and face-to-face sessions.
- Strong collaboration and team skills.
- A qualification in HR, occupational psychology or organizational behaviour.
- Training and experience with different psychological assessments.
- A recognized coaching qualification.
