TalentPredix™ is the only strengths assessment that reveals not just your strengths, but also your career motivations, values, and potential pitfalls from overusing your strengths. After training, you’ll be ready to use, interpret, and debrief TalentPredix™ to unlock talent, foster thriving workplaces, and drive organizational transformation across teams, leadership, careers, hiring, and more.

There are two ways to get trained:

1. Join an Online Public Programme

Public Online Programme duration and format: 16 hours, including pre-work, full-day training, follow-up practice, and a half-day anchoring workshop.

Book one month or more before a course date and receive a 10% early bird discount.

2. Book an In-House Training Programme
