3-Session Coaching for Leaders & Key Talent

A focused, three-session programme powered by the TalentPredix™ Standard Assessment to give you clear, practical insight into your top strengths, career motivators, values, and potential performance limiters – including overused strengths that may be holding you back. Across three coaching sessions we’ll clarify purpose, refine your leadership brand, explore career pathways, and convert insight into action.

Programme structure (3 x 90 minutes)

Session 1 — Discover

  • Complete the TalentPredix™ Standard assessment and My Leadership Edge worksheet.
  • 1:1 debrief to unpack your strengths, values, motivators, and limiters.
  • Create your Best Self DNA and pinpoint high-impact career opportunities and risks (overuse guardrails).

Session 2 — Design

  • Define direction: purpose, role fit, and career criteria.
  • Build a Career & Development Plan (skills, experiences, relationships).
  • Map strengths and motivators to role outcomes; identify quick wins and experiments.

Session 3 — Deploy (Career Tune-Up)

  • Upgrade your CV/Résumé and LinkedIn to tell a strengths and success-led story.
  • Interview & stakeholder prep: value proposition, leadership examples, and impact narratives.
  • Resilience toolkit: habits to sustain energy and prevent overuse derailers.
