You receive live certification, real-client practice, a lifetime licence for all five assessments and the Coaching & Development Toolkit, plus the Profile Value Pack, both Specialist Certification Tracks, the Business Growth Accelerator and 20% off eligible profile top-ups during the plan.

Yes. Certified TalentPredix™ Practitioners can purchase the standalone Premium Practitioner Plan for £2,750 excl. VAT. Your existing lifetime Practitioner licence remains unchanged.

The Profile Value Pack includes 25 TalentPredix™ Standard Profiles, 15 360° Add-Ons and 2 Team Profiles. You also receive 20% off eligible profile top-ups throughout the 12-month plan.

Both current Tracks are included: Strengths-based Team Coaching and Advanced Career Coaching. Each combines a 1-day virtual workshop, application with a real team or client and a 3-hour supervised anchoring session. Completing a Track earns a formal Certificate in that specialism.

The Business Growth Accelerator combines six on-demand learning modules with practical tools and six live, two-hour Supervised Co-Development Sessions with James Brook, held every two months across the 12-month plan. It helps you strengthen your positioning, offers, visibility, partnerships, systems and business-development action.

If you buy the Premium Pathway before certification, the 12-month Premium Practitioner Plan begins on your certification date. If you are already certified and buy the standalone plan, it begins on the purchase date.

Complete TalentPredix™ Practitioner Certification, complete at least one Specialist Certification Track and use at least 50 Profiles through the TalentPredix™ platform. Eligible Profiles include Standard, Team and 360.
