Purpose of the Role
Play a key role in driving the growth and success of TalentPredix™, an innovative and fast-growing strengths and talent assessment, development and coaching consultancy serving clients worldwide.
In this role, you’ll lead the B2B sales function, building strong client relationships, accelerating market traction, and securing new business. You’ll be responsible for delivering the sales plan aligned with the company’s strategic goals, optimising sales processes, and helping grow and develop the sales team.
Key Measures of Success
Generate new corporate business and consistently achieve sales targets by sourcing high-quality corporate leads and converting them into successful sales.
Develop and refine a results-driven sales strategy that boosts both sales performance and the quality of the sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate CRM records and provide the team with clear, well-structured sales reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Main Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects through high-quality research, including targeted outreach.
Focus on outbound sales activity, including cold calling and personalised email outreach to engage new prospects.
Develop deep product and solution knowledge and effectively communicate value to prospects in a way that aligns with their needs.
Drive awareness and sales engagement by connecting with prospects across multiple channels — including LinkedIn, email, Zoom/Teams, and phone.
Schedule and lead sales appointments with prospects, in collaboration with a director or consultant where appropriate.
Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound sales enquiries.
Accurately update and maintain lead and prospect data in Zoho CRM, ensuring visibility and consistency across the sales process.
Collaborate with Marketing and Directors to develop and refine sales strategies that drive growth and ensure sales targets are achieved.
Support the development of sales proposals and RFP responses, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
Deliver weekly sales updates and present well-structured reports on lead progress, CRM data, and outreach performance to the team.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, recruitment, or a similar outbound sales-focused role
Background in Business Psychology, HR, or Recruitment is a plus
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
A confident, friendly, and empathetic approach to building relationships
Results-driven, with strong focus, determination, and a proactive attitude
A growth mindset and genuine desire to learn, improve, and advance
A collaborative team player who contributes positively to group success
Self-motivated and well-organised, able to work independently and manage time effectively

Contract/Project sales value — Payout (% of Gross Revenue)
£5,000 to £10,000 — 5%
£10,001 to £20,000 — 6%
£20,001 to £30,000 — 7%
Greater than £30,001 — 10%
