We’re now looking for a Talent Assessment and Development Consultant to join our growing team. This is a varied, client-facing role where you’ll design and deliver consulting solutions, support clients through strengths-based development programmes, and contribute to research and innovation in the assessment space.

 

The Role

This role blends consulting delivery, client project management, and business development. You’ll support clients through assessment, coaching, training, and development initiatives – helping them apply strengths insights to real workplace challenges.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

Assessment & Insight

  • Deliver individual and group debriefs using the TalentPredix™ strengths assessment
  • Analyse and interpret results to produce clear, meaningful insights
  • Provide thoughtful, practical guidance to support development and performance

 

Consulting, Coaching & Training

  • Support delivery of workshops, learning sessions, and development programmes
  • Provide one-to-one coaching and follow-up support for leaders and employees
  • Co-deliver or facilitate Practitioner Training (with support and mentoring)

 

Client & Project Management

  • Manage client projects from initial scoping through to delivery and evaluation
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide a consistent, high-quality experience
  • Prepare clear reports, documentation, and recommendations

 

Business Development & Thought Leadership

  • Support proposal creation, scoping conversations, webinars, and events
  • Identify opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen client partnerships
  • Contribute to research, insights, and case studies to build the evidence base

 

Skills and Experience

  • Degree in Occupational Psychology (Master’s preferred) or related field
  • Experience in talent assessment, consulting, HR, coaching, or L&D
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage projects and maintain high standards of work
  • Comfortable working in a small, collaborative, entrepreneurial environment

 

Bonus but not essential:

  • BPS Test User qualifications (A/B)
  • Experience with SPSS, R, or statistical research tools
  • Experience facilitating groups or workshops
