Most traditional 360⁰ degree tools generate a long list of competency ratings, leaving people overwhelmed and often defensive. TalentPredix™ 360 is built on a strengths foundation — it starts from what each person does well, then shows how those strengths are perceived by colleagues. This produces a development conversation that feels constructive and motivating rather than critical and demoralising.

The TalentPredix™ Standard Profile is a self-assessment that maps an individual’s natural talents and strengths. The 360 then collects feedback from colleagues on those same dimensions — so you can see both how the individual sees themselves and how others experience them, side by side in one report. This combination is what makes TalentPredix™ 360 genuinely different from standalone 360 tools.

Rather than choosing upfront, we recommend starting with one of the use cases that best matches your situation (see above). The version choice flows naturally from there. If you’d like guidance, our team will help you select the right version as part of the booking process.

From setup to debrief, most 360s are completed within three to four weeks. The rater survey takes around 10-15 minutes to complete. The debrief session is typically 60 minutes. Compared to traditional 360 processes that can be extremely long and complicated, TalentPredix™ 360 is designed to be fast and logistically simple.

Up to 20 raters per individual. We recommend a minimum of five to ensure meaningful multi-perspective data. Raters can include direct reports, peers, managers, and external stakeholders such as clients or partners.

Absolutely — this is one of the most common use cases. Running a 360 at the start of a cohort program gives each participant a personalised development baseline from day one, making the content immediately relevant to their real challenges. We can advise on how to integrate TalentPredix™ 360 into your program design.

Yes. Many of our users are independent coaches, organisational development consultants, and HR practitioners who use TalentPredix™ 360 with their own clients. Certified TalentPredix™ Practitioners can administer assessments under their own practice and earn margin on each 360 they run. Contact us to find out more about becoming a certified practitioner.

The ‘Run Your First 360’ introductory offer is priced at £250 (or local equivalent). It includes one TalentPredix™ Standard Profile, one full 360 assessment with up to 20 raters, a combined self and rater report, a 60-minute guided debrief, and a one-page development summary. There is no obligation to commit to a broader rollout. A small-group pilot option is also available for 3–5 leaders at £995–£1,295.

All rater responses are anonymous by default. Individual rater data is not shared with participants — only aggregated results are included in the report.
