From recruitment to career development coaching
After seven years in recruitment, Magda realized she wanted to do more than help organizations hire people. She wanted to help individuals develop, make better career decisions and fulfil more of their potential.
She went on to establish Career & Beyond, a coaching practice focused on smart, effective career development strategies for professionals. Magda discovered TalentPredix™ in 2021, completed her practitioner training shortly afterwards and became a partner in 2022.
