We’re looking for a confident, people-focused Sales Executive who’s excited to make an impact, grow business relationships, and be part of a mission-led consultancy that puts people’s strengths first.
The role
You’ll play a key part in both winning new business and supporting clients throughout their journey with us. Your day-to-day will be varied and fast-paced, from generating leads and booking demos to keeping clients supported and delighted.
- Generate and qualify new leads through calls, emails, and social outreach
- Book demos and consultations for our consultants and directors
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations that convert
- Keep CRM records and sales reports accurate and up to date (Zoho)
- Provide friendly, efficient client support and follow-up
- Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our solutions
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns and messaging
About you
You’re confident, proactive, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.
You have 2–3 years of B2B sales or recruitment experience and are motivated by both growth and purpose. You thrive in a small, ambitious team where ideas move fast and everyone contributes.
An interest in HR, psychology, or people development will help you feel right at home here.
