Help people and businesses thrive – while growing your career in client success
At TalentPredix™, we’re transforming how organisations discover and develop talent. Our strengths-based assessments and coaching solutions help people and teams unlock their full potential.
We’re looking for a Client Success & Engagement Specialist – someone who’s confident, personable, and highly organised – to build meaningful relationships with clients and ensure every interaction with TalentPredix™ feels exceptional.
If you love connecting with people, keeping things on track, and making a real impact, this could be the perfect next step.
The Role
You’ll be at the heart of our client and practitioner community – supporting, engaging, and growing relationships with both existing and new clients.
Every day will be different: you might be on a discovery call with a coach, coordinating follow-ups with HR leaders, managing CRM updates, or helping a client choose the right solution for their needs.
Key responsibilities:
Building strong, trusted relationships with clients and practitioners
Managing inbound and outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Coordinating demos, consultations, and client follow-ups
Preparing quotes, proposals, and client presentations
Keeping our CRM (Zoho) up to date and accurate
Supporting marketing campaigns and helping turn leads into loyal clients
Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services
Acting as the friendly, reliable point of contact for day-to-day client queries
What We’re Looking For
You’re warm, confident, and genuinely curious about people.
You bring a calm, structured approach to a busy day and enjoy keeping things organised while building great relationships.
You might have experience in sales, recruitment, customer success, or a client-facing role – or you might come from a different background but have transferable people and coordination skills.
You’ll bring:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation and follow-through
A proactive, can-do mindset and attention to detail
Emotional maturity and empathy – you connect easily with others
Comfort speaking with people over the phone, video, and email
A genuine interest in HR, psychology, or people development (a bonus, not essential)
