Through our practical certification training, you’ll gain the skills to confidently use, interpret, and debrief the TalentPredix™ Standard, Team, and 360 Profiles enabling you to unlock exceptional talent, foster thriving workplaces, and drive meaningful transformation across leadership, teams, careers, hiring, and beyond.

Perfect for individuals or small groups, our public programmes offer a flexible way to become a certified TalentPredix™ Strengths Practitioner.

Programme format: 16 hours total – including engaging pre-work, a full-day live training, a follow-up practice session, and a half-day anchoring workshop.
