Strengths assessment certification is professional training that prepares you to administer, interpret and debrief strengths assessments confidently and responsibly. TalentPredix™ Practitioner Certification enables you to use the Standard Profile, Team Profile and all three 360° Profiles commercially, supported by real-client practice, a lifetime practitioner licence and practical coaching resources.

TalentPredix™ strengths practitioner training is designed for coaches, consultants and HR, L&D, Talent, OD and recruitment professionals who support individual, team, leadership or career development. No previous strengths assessment certification is required, although you should have relevant experience supporting people, teams or organisations.

Strengths practitioner certification includes live strengths training, experience of your own TalentPredix™ Profile, real-client practice and an expert-led anchoring session. You also receive commercial use of five assessments, a lifetime platform licence, 10 Standard Profiles and practical strengths coach tools within the Coaching & Development Toolkit.

In-company delivery is particularly suitable for groups of five to fifteen practitioners.

Core strengths assessment certification costs £1,250 excluding VAT. Practitioner Certification with either the Team Coaching or Career Coaching Track costs £1,725 excluding VAT. Practitioner Certification with the Premium Practitioner Plan costs £2,950 excluding VAT.
